We conduct Handover Inspections on newly constructed homes before the buyer takes possession of their new home. This inspection is conducted to identify if there are any structural issues or hazards with the property before moving in.

For example, we check:

  • The tiling is correct
  • Flooring is level and straight
  • Door margins are correct
  • The paintwork is clean and finished
  • The brickwork outside is correct
  • Gutters are correct

Once the inspection has concluded we provide advice on improvements required to bring the home up to the Australian Standard. These improvements are then passed on to the builder to fix before the client making any final payments on the house.

From $250 to $400 depending on time.
